Pokud najdete místo klidu a míru ve vašem středu, všechno napětí se ve vašem těle uvolní a všechny strachy zmizí. Budete otevřeni světlu a objeví se řešení problémů. Dveře se otevřou a půjdete s proudem. Ve stavu klidu a míru jste jako skála. Nikdo vás nemůže zranit ani rozčílit, protože to nedopustíte. A protože oni to ví, ani se o to nepokusí. Každá chvíle v životě nabízí příležitost ke spirituálnímu růstu. Nepřetržitě přemýšlíme a každá myšlenka vibraci našeho těla snižuje nebo zvyšuje. Mistr sleduje myšlenky. Pokaždé, když jste úzkostliví, zastavte se, zklidněte mysl a představte si pozitivní výsledek daného problému.
Slova vytváří symboly. Každé slovo, které vyslovíte, má tvar. Může to být kostka ledu, budík, zlaté hodinky nebo růže. Jaký tvar vytváří vaše slova? Mrazí, zraňují, děsí ostatní, nebo je posilují, léčí a uklidňují? Začněte sledovat tyto symboly, které vysíláte ostatním, protože oni vám je vracejí jako bumerang a ty zůstávají ve vaší auře, kde přitahují více toho samého, protože druzí lidé na ně podvědomě odpovídají. Činy významem převyšují vaše slova a myšlenky. Mistři dělají pouze to, co chtějí, aby dělali ostatní, proto rozvíjejí kvality jako péče, laskavost, štědrost, přijetí, odvahu a činy konané pro dobro všech. Lidé často hovoří o nesmyslech. Pomlouvají. Mluví o válce, pohromách, nenávisti a dalších špatnostech. Bohužel spousta lidí si myslí, že konverzace o jiných záležitostech je nudná. Pokud chcete být mistrem, nenamáčejte se do negativity, je tu jiná pravda. Mluvte o naději, světle a divech vesmíru, inspirujte. Dívejte se na to dobré v lidech. Oceňujte dobré skutky a schopnosti. Poté můžete pocítit, jak se vaše aura stává zářivější a klidnější.
Pokud si přejete najít vnitřní klid, přejte vašim nepřátelům jen to nejlepší. Všichni jsme součástí jednoty. Naši nepřátelé k nám přišli jako naši největší učitelé. Pokud je přestaneme vinit a začneme druhým přát jen to nejlepší, naše světlo bude zářit a náš vnitřní klid se prohloubí. Abychom byli v klidu a míru, musíme převzít plnou odpovědnost za svůj život. Nemůžeme být ve vnitřním klidu, pokud jiným předáváme svou moc, aby nás mohli rozzlobit, zranit, přivést k zoufalství nebo k žárlivosti. Pokud v našem životě někoho viníme za to, co nám udělal nebo za to, jak se cítíme, jsme oběti. Oběti žijí ve vědomí 3D.
Mistr si řekne: „Stalo se. Čím jsem dovolil, aby se to stalo? Jaká je to pro mě lekce?“ A něco s tím udělá. Vaše lekce může být milovat a přijmout druhého nebo určitou situaci, nebo se naučit jasně a pravdivě se vyjadřovat, nebo bojovat za svá práva. Každý se musí podívat dovnitř, aby porozuměl této zkoušce a poté se s ní vypořádal. Mistr sleduje situaci v klidu, s nadhledem, pro něj situace pouze je. Umře pes, narodí se dítě, milovaný člověk se poraní, dům shoří, vyhrajete cenu, má problém v práci. Člověk ve vědomí 3D zuří, má strach nebo je v euforii, jeho nálady se mění podle situace. Člověk ve vědomí 5D zůstane v klidu, ve svém středu.
Jsme lidé a lidé mají emoce. Mistři pláčou. Mistři se rozzlobí. Ježíš plakal. Ježíš se zlobil na lichváře. Nemůžeme být jiní. Je v pořádku truchlit, cítit zármutek nebo velkou radost. Mistři se ale na druhou stranu rychle vrátí do klidu a rovnováhy. Nevynakládají energii přecházením z jedné vyhraněné emoce do druhé. Strach je velkým zlodějem klidu. Strach je absencí lásky a světla. Je to sluha, který nám připomíná, abychom zvýšili vibrace našich myšlenek týkající se nějaké záležitosti. Mistři vítají strachy a čelí jim, protože jsou příležitostí pro duchovní růst. Pokud vás přepadne strach, naplňte svou mysl pozitivními afirmacemi. Myslete na kvality, které potřebujete a jak tato situace dobře dopadne. Toto myšlení vám pomůže soustředit se na vyšší vibrace a říká vesmíru, že jste připraveni se posunout dále. Pokud se postavíte strachu, poznejte, co nabízí, zvyšte své vibrace a poté už nebudete muset nikdy čelit této situaci.
Pokud ve svém těle začnete cítit napětí, což znamená, že se začínáte oddělovat od vnitřního zdroje, začněte zhluboka dýchat a poté dech zpomalte, což vás znovu spojí se zdrojem. Dech obsahuje nejen kyslík, ale také božskou životní energii. Dýcháme tak dech Boha. Proto dýchání cigaretového kouře zabíjí duši a proč žití na znečištěném místě ničí tuto životní energii. Pokud jste sklíčení, jeďte na hezké místo plné čerstvého a čistého vzduchu, a dýchejte energii tohoto místa.
